When running your volunteer shop, it’s very important that any personal data taken from customers is managed in line with our Girlguiding ‘Managing information procedure’. 

As long as you follow this procedure you’ll be doing everything correctly to ensure customer data is kept safely and legally.

We will not be replacing the out-of-stock sales order form pads due to lack of
demand; however, we have an interactive pdf which can be used to send orders to
Trading.

A big congratulations to Leicester volunteer shop who took first place and to Chandlers Ford volunteer shop for taking the 2nd place in 2023, well done to you all. Keep up the good work this year!
